The venue is clean and reasonably spacious with attentive and caring staff members. The location is central, near an opera house and a museum. Besides, French Quarter is really walkable. A well priced hotel, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I recently stayed at Hilton Opera in Hanoi for a few nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the executive lounge, perfect for a relaxing afternoon break. The bed was extremely comfortable with a great selection of pillows. The in-house pastry shop was a delightful treat with a wide variety of cakes and pastries. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, with beautiful artwork on display throughout. The location was ideal, close to all the major events and attractions. a fantastic experience!
I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a central location within walking distance of the shopping areas and major attractions. The pool area was nice and the breakfast buffet was the best we had during our trip to Vietnam.
Our booking turned out not to include breakfast so when we checked in we had to upgrade to an executive room to get breakfast. It was nice though that the executive room included afternoon tea, snacks, free internet service etc.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, making us feel very welcome and even providing a lovely room decoration for our honeymoon. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the opera house. The hotel had great facilities, including a cool water pool with a jacuzzi and sauna, which we enjoyed because it was hardly used by other guests. The location was perfect, right in the Old Quarter and within walking distance of many good restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and we also loved the bakery in the hotel.
Nothing at all.

Nothing! Boring, old, tired. Featureless.
Design (none), no spa, no cafe. No concierge. Old fashioned.

Its central location in the French Quarter, close to upmarket shops, restaurants, as well as only a short walking distance to the Lake and the Old Quarter which is a vibrant area, also full of shops, bars and the lower end of the scale restaurants but of good quality too.

The inside of the hotel was disappointing, very cold and business like. No Vietnamese feel to it.
